I lost 1lb yay
just like 6 ilbs left to go and I know I should feel alot better about myself.
I wouldnt say I was dieting as Im still having nice things this is what I ate today
Breakfast Cheerios, with Milk and
fruit smoothie
Lunch - 3 Pancakes 86 cals each
Mid afternoon packet of crisps 140 cals - chocolate mousse 240 cals
and a few of those chocs that are shaped like coins
Dinner
2 beef sausages grilled 121 cals each and brocholli
So if I hadnt binged on the mousse and crisps it would have been a good day but still I think I done pretty good
